On Mar 18th, 2020 (UTC+8), at 18:09PM, our system triggered the alarm and remind us of the abnormal spread between bid price and ask price.

We immediately realized the issue and fixed it right away. However, there were 2 orders stopped out within this ONE minute.

We made a compensation immediately by doubling the losses to them.

Bex500 has also installed measures in place to prevent similar incidents from occurring.

1. At 18:09PM HK time, the middle price on the screen as 5599.67, which is absolutely correct as weighted average from 4 other exchanges.

2. The close price, which is bid price showed 5541.64. 

The order was stopped out due to the abnormal bid price.
